This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Brook Realtors Private Limited (“Brook Realtors”) with respect to your access to and/or use of this website. The real estate projects (“Projects”) are being marketed by Brook Realtors on brookrealtors.com and related subdomains and Brook Realtors has been engaged as a channel partner for the Projects by the developer. All information (including standards of service, developer affiliations or types and kinds of services) in relation to the Projects whether written, visual representation or oral, as made available on this site are all information as provided, described and supplied by the developer and Brook Realtors has no role in it. The pictures / photos / visuals / videos shown here include artist’s impression of the property being displayed and have been provided by the developers. The actual properties may vary from and may be inconsistent with such representations. Further pictures / photos / representations of furniture and fixtures, surroundings, roads etc. are merely illustrative and shall not be construed to be available with the listed properties or as part of the offerings. Any information or project detail can get changed any time as per its Developer’s sole discretion without prior intimation.
